Return/Exchange Policy

At Multifaceted™, we take great pride in each hand-poured candle we create. Every product is thoughtfully made with care, intention, and quality at the forefront—and we hope you feel that in every burn.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, with the exception of items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle or candle accessory arrives damaged or has a verified defect, please contact us at sales@multifacetedgso.com within 72 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number
and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Once your request is reviewed, we will offer one of the following:

  • Exchange
    Defective items may be replaced within 30 days of purchase, pending approval.
  • Refund or Store Credit
    If a replacement is not preferred, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit.
    Customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please Note

  • Scent preference, strength expectations, and natural burn characteristics (such as
    tunneling due to burn habits) are not considered defects.
  • Used candles are not eligible for return or exchange unless approved due to a verified
    defect.
