All sales are final excluding product that is damaged or defective.
If your candle or candle accessory item doesn't perform as you expected, please contact us at email@example.com! We want to make sure you are happy and well taken care of.
After you send us an email to notify us, we will proceed with one of the below options:
- Exchange: We will replace any defective merchandise after receiving images of poor candle performance within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice. We will replace your candle upon approval of images sent.
- Full Refund: Upon approval of received images sent of candles, if you would like to proceed with a refund, we will refund your paid amount through the same original payment method or issue a store credit.
Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the return/exchange is processed.
